All purchases from LOCALS ONLY INC. are final. While we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, we're happy to assist if an item has a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please email us at returns@localsonlyinc.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo and a brief description of the issue, and we'll gladly arrange a replacement.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the item is in its original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original receipt.
